3rd Wed Program: 10/21 - Fishing for a Living: The Grebes by Martha and Steve Ellis

Some dance on the water while others act like submarines.  Six species of grebes can be found in our area.  This program will focus on identifying these interesting and diverse birds, and detail their lifestyles. Martha and Steve Ellis, Whidbey Island naturalists, will tell us about the various grebes at this public presentation Wed., Oct. 21, 7 p.m. at the Camano Multipurpose Center, 141 N East Camano Drive (Blue Building),  The Camano Wildlife Habitat Project, sponsored by Friends of Camano Island Parks, hosts public presentations the third Wednesday of the month.  For information, call 360-387-2236, visit www.camanowildlifehabitat.org or email camanowildlifehabitat@gmail.com.
