Booth at Community Events -- Volunteers Needed

We have a couple of community events coming up at which we could use some help. Please check your schedule and advise if you can be available – especially if you can transport the canopy. Remember that we are making a push to reach 800 certifications – we’re currently at 793, so enthusiastic outreach at these two events could take us over the top!

Fri, Aug 31 3-7 pm

Port Susan Farmers Market, downtown Stanwood open area East of Viking Village

Canopy/Booth setup at 2pm; need someone with a truck or van to bring the canopy down and return it after the event.

Info table shifts 3-5pm or 5-7pm; two people per shift preferred.

Sat, Sept 22 11am-3pm

Harvest Jubilee, downtown Stanwood open area East of Viking Village

Canopy/Booth setup at 10am; need someone with a truck or van to bring the canopy down and return it after the event.

Info table shifts 11am-1pm or 1-3pm; two people per shift preferred.

Reminder: we will not have a meeting or public program this month.
