If the natural world fascinates you, attend Sound Living - A One Day Communiversity on November 5th at Everett Community
College from 9 AM – 4 PM. Attendees will be able to explore the connections between land, water
and the people of Snohomish County with over 40 presentation options during the
day. Attendees will have a chance to select from sessions as diverse as “Rock
Fish and Marine Preserves” to “Backyard Chickens 101: Raising an Urban Flock”
to “Harvest the Rain: How to Build Your Own Rain Barrel”. All sessions are led
by experts in their field. You don’t need to be a scientist to attend – the
‘communiversity’ is for everyone! Registration is $35. A special student rate is $20. Both rates go up $5 after 10/21/11.
