PLANTS and EROSION CONTROL in the MARITIME PACIFIC NW: 11/20 7pm

Join John Carroll, BankSavers, Wednesday, Nov. 20, at 7:00 p.m. at the Camano Multipurpose Center (blue building), 141 East Camano Drive to learn the elements that go into making a good choice for slope stabilization and how to create a sustainable planting. He will also discuss the relationship between plant roots and the soil, with information about the dynamic relationship between soil fungus and the ability of roots to absorb nutrients. This public presentation is hosted by the Camano Wildlife Habitat Project, sponsored by Friends of Camano Island Parks.
