Skagit Audubon field trip, Fri, March 16, Port Susan Bay Preserve 10 AM - 1PM

“Envisioning a Restored Estuary”
Stanwood & Port Susan Bay Preserve
10:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Julie Morse, ecologist with The Nature Conservancy (TNC) in Mount Vernon, will present a program for Skagit and Pilchuck Audubon about TNC’s plans for restoring the estuary at the preserve. Following the program and light refreshments we will carpool to the preserve for an 11:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m. birding field trip on the dike. Dress warmly – it can be breezy there. Bring lunch if you like. Meet at the Stanwood-Camano School District, #401 Administration and Resources Center, 26290 Pioneer Highway, Stanwood, WA, 98292.
