Wed 7pm Program 7/21: ALL ABOUT PACIFIC COAST SALMON — Tamara Neuffer

Tamara Neuffer,  Outreach and Education Coordinator for the Stillaguamish Tribe Natural Resources Department, will describe the Pacific Coast salmon life cycle as well as protection and habitat restoration projects in the Stillaguamish watershed Wednesday, Sept. 21, 7 p.m., at the Camano Multipurpose Center (blue building), 141 N East Camano Drive. Neuffer will also discuss the cultural and ecological importance of protecting Pacific Coast salmon. The presentation includes information about treaty rights and co-management of the fishery.  The Camano Wildlife Habitat Project, sponsored by Friends of Camano Island Parks, hosts public presentations the third Wednesday of the month.
